1 Introduction and Acceptance

gc33 (referred to hereinafter as "Platform", "we" or "us") operates an online casino and betting platform for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("user" or "player") and gc33.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on gc33 is ৳500. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Successful deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. gc33 may verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request.

Withdrawals may be suspended or rejected in the following circumstances:

• If the wagering requirements for a bonus have not been met.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If any suspicious activity is detected on the account.

3.3 Currency

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once and is non-transferable.

• If bonuses are claimed on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device, all bonuses will be cancelled.

4.3 VIP Program

gc33's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%, Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%, and Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%. Players can advance to higher tiers based on their regular activity. gc33's decision regarding cashback payments is final.

5 Game Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Outcomes

All games on gc33 are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial and fair results. gc33 and its staff have no influence over the outcome of any game.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:
